This alarm only applies if a UV sensor is installed in the UV system. Sensors are only useful if they are used in the correct type of system. If the incorrect sensor is installed for the system, a UV sensor incorrect alarm will be present.

Alarm Present

“UV SENSOR INCORRECT” is displayed. Constant alarm is sounding.

Cause of alarm: The installed sensor does not match the sensor required by the system.

Recommended Actions:

1.     Check the part number on silver label on the chamber. The sensor part number must match the part number on the silver label.

2.     If the part number does not match, install the correct sensor.

3.     If the part number does match, please submit a ticket for support.   New Ticket
