Blackcomb - Lamp Incorrect Alarm

It is important to install the correct UV lamp in a system. Blackcomb 5.1 controllers will notify when the incorrect lamp has been installed. When this alarm occurs, it can only be resolved by installing the correct lamp.

 

“LAMP INCORRECT” is displayed.

 

Cause of alarm: The installed lamp does not match the lamp required by the system.

 

Recommended Actions:

1.     Check the part number on the lamp key and the silver label on the chamber. Blackcomb - How to Find Replacement Components

2.     If the part number does not match, install the correct lamp.

3.     If the part number does match, please submit a ticket for support. New Ticket
