When a major alarm is displayed on a Blackcomb UV system, another screen will also display “water may be unsafe for consumption”. This screen means that there is something that needs to be addressed and the water may not be sufficiently treated. Consult the other alarms displayed on the screen to determine the issue being experienced. If you cannot see other screens, quickly press the button on the front of the controller to toggle between screens.
