Blackcomb controllers can be programmed to private brands for individual customers. If a controller is programmed to a private brand, the controller will require a lamp that matches that brand. Installing the exact part number listed on the system is the best way to ensure this issue does not occur.
Note: Blackcomb branded controllers will not experience this issue.
“LAMP KEY INVALID” is displayed.
Cause of alarm: The installed lamp is a different brand than required by the controller.
Recommended Actions:
